The Sebewaing Brewing Company used traditional beer brewing techniques mainly brought over from German immigrants that settled in Sebewaing.  This diagram on the left shows the process of brewing beer from mashing to bottling.

A more detailed look at brewing can be seen in this video on the right of a German brewery operating in the early 1930’s.  The detail in diagrams and related videos is quite advanced for the time and holds up well even in today’s new hi-tech world.
